So proud of me

Well went to my mums this evening for tea and she wasnt feeling well so opted for the chippy and i said NO!!

So whilst they where all sitting scranning on there chippy food and i was sat eaten feck all!!!

But now i feel so hungry!

have you not had anything to eat susanne?

had a muller rhubarb yog this morn for breakfast, clear chicken noodle soup for dinner and nothink else

are you going to make yourself anything else that doenst sound like alot?

dunno my head tells me i aint hungry but tummy tells me i am its rumbling lol the yog is half a point and so is the soup so all in all i only used 1 point today lol

Wow cant believe you had nothing. You should have had a fish butty, just take the batter off and you'd be ok. I had chicken salad for tea. Hope you have had something by now

have a sarnie or some toast, dunno what you have in so cant exactly suggest much lol.... If you were here I could make you a lovely ham salad sarnie, chicken salad sarnie (roast chicken), chicken fried rice, fajitas, burgers, garlic lemon chicken, pork loin steak (no idea what to put with). Have I got you hungry yet
