day 1 of a new start

Well started slimming world again 2day,feel really positive tbh,
just hopin this positive side stays, i'm gonna start usin my wii fit again 2night,and gonna start changin my eatin times,and havin dinner abit earlier usually i have my dinner about 7ish once girls r in bed but givin myself no time 2 do anythin else after due 2 bein knackered,
so gonna change it 2 eatin around 5.30ish, and then gives me time 2 do me wii fit at around 7ish,
wish me luck so hopin i can do this,really dont wanna weigh myself either at the mo x

good luck hun, thats why i eat early,i read that you arent supposed to exercise for 2 hours after eating

yea thats the thing
coz bein at work till 3pm,then comin home 2 the girls etc,sortin them out,gettin them 2 bed by 7pm then that was me time havin my dinner by all that i wasnt in mood 2 exercise x
