fresh start!!

well i've been totally terrible over this past week its mental madness!! well i've drunk for england(honest i dont normally drink lol)
and i've eaten for england includin 4roast dinner thru the week,went 2 my mums for boxin day and she had loads of stuff there etc and drank loads,
well i've got wi on monday but have weighed in on my scales and it says i've put on 6+ lbs which aint shockin tbh!!
well i've lost my wi book :evil: had the kitchen and livin room upside down and cannot find it,
really lookin 4ward 2 this new extra easy plan hope 2 get my book on monday really wanna get bk on track,i can feel i've put on the weight and i hate this feelin really wanna get bk on track and shift this weight as i really really dont wanna b sayin this same thing on here next xmas!!!
