Hello everyone.

I really need to go on a diet since that i weight now 94kg. I used to weight 52kg when i came to england and i used to feel very good and now i feel terrible and very fat...Does anyone know what do i need to lose weight. I've got the wii fit but i don't think that is the only thing that is gonna make me lose weight. I don't want to pay any money to lose weight but i would like to lose it anyway, if you know what i mean... Please semeone help me?

i have the weight watchers on file for your, i could email you a copy, i l've lost 27 lbs so far it's really easy to do
