Pitta Pizza
Serves 1 - 3 points (7 if you make 2 to account for the cold meat)
1 Weight Watchers Pitta bread
1 Teaspoon Tomato Puree
Handful of mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms
1 slice of Weight Watcher Sliced Ham
30g of Weight Watchers Cheese
1. Toast the Pitta for a minute, then cover the pitta in the tomato puree
2. Add the slice of ham and then top with the veges and cheese (you can also cook the veg first to soften if you wish)
3. Grill for 2 mins on a medium heat
these are yummy and you can put pretty much whatever you want on them
